The person who requested this holder informed me that they no longer use it to play the harmonica as intended, but rather to keep the mic close to their mouth by holding it in their hands. This setup proves effective, and a potential improvement could be creating a holder that cradles both the harmonica and mic together (please let me know if this is an idea worth pursuing).
