Shura Kirigakure Cosplay Sword

This is my inaugural 100 percent original design, crafted specifically for a friend who embodied the spirit of Shura Kirigakure from Blue Exorcist at an anime convention. Noticing that no similar designs were present on this platform, I took it upon myself to create something entirely unique. I've included two distinct sets of files: one consisting solely of the plain katana blade (files 1-3) without decals, and another featuring a dowel rod or equivalent for added support (the standard files). The blades themselves are notably tall, measuring anywhere from 276.5 mm to 206 mm in length. As I printed the blades with supports for the eyes, they should not require any additional assistance. The tsuba, or hand guard, serves as a universal component compatible with all versions of the design. After printing and painting each part, I utilized Epoxy to secure them together. Due to its inherent flexibility, I then applied an Acrylic resin coating to enhance the overall strength. This process also allowed me to incorporate a dowel rod for added support within the design.
