Shura Kirigakure Cosplay Sword

This is my very first 100 percent original design, crafted specifically for a friend who took on the role of Shura Kirigakure at an anime convention dressed as Blue Exorcist. Since I hadn't spotted one before, I decided to create it from scratch. I've included a set of files without decals on the blade, just a plain katana (blade 1-3), and another version that allows for a dowel rod or similar support (the standard files). The blades are fairly tall, so you might need to trim them down to smaller sizes - they range from 276.5 mm to 206 mm. When I printed the blades with support for the eyes on the blade, they shouldn't require it at all. The tsuba (hand guard) fits all versions. After printing and painting each part, I glued everything together using Epoxy, then coated it with Acrylic resin to give it more strength; that's also when I modified the parts to include a dowel rod for added support.
