shunt enclosure
cults3d
I required a casing to protect a 50A shunt from accidental contact.\n\nAdding a DIN-rail mount made it more exciting, thanks to DIN rails.\n\nTo build this enclosure, you'll need some extra materials:\n\n1) A metal bracket with two clips (PT# 3020-01096-0)\n2) Two banana sockets (BNC connectors) (Part # 7872782)\n3) Two M5 hex nuts\n4) Two M5x12-20 screws\n5) Four M3x10-25 coarse thread countersunk screws\n6) A thin wire, a thick thread, or a piece of filament for operating the DIN-rail release mechanism\n\nI also have an older version without a DIN rail mount (blue in pictures). I can upload that if there's interest.
