I update you now that I discovered another cooler too small to allow adequate air flow, therefore I created a new one that no longer interferes with wires from the hot end and blows out significant amounts of air. This configuration does not need any supports to be produced as the lower disk will snap off revealing a vent. I then incorporated all necessary parts for a dual fan setup and encourage you to export individual files or make modifications using FreeCAD if desired. Everything will mount directly on the stock print head mounting system. I redesigned http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1106824 by adding a bolt and nut to securely hold it in place without needing to glue it to the fan. Initially, I experienced issues with the hot end being cooled excessively by the stock fan setup so I employed tin foil for my first prints to protect the air from reaching the hot end. Currently, I use these two fans temporarily until a second fan becomes available to cool down the part. When trying to manufacture clip on shroud designs, they would frequently detach during printing and melt all over the hot end, creating a big mess. Therefore, this design bolsters into the same holes as current fan mounts with no risk of melting or messy prints, keeping the heat sink cooled without interfering with the hot end's performance. A note regarding PLA_Shroud_3 - I made improvements in proximity and shroud configurations that replaced the outdated PLA_Shroud_4, thus offering a better setup. Apologies to users still possessing version 4... Fixed Proximity and Shroud requires supports during production but I did modify cooling holes closest to the fan using a soldering iron to create a slightly smaller diameter for improved efficiency.
