I took the phat out of the shroud from the BCA 9 version in an attempt to make things a bit lighter in the upper and barrel area. This also has the non reciprocating folding charge handle incorporated in the shroud rather than in the upper receiver directly. Thus the long slot is not needed for the "Shark-Fin" hand jammer charging hook.
