I have created a model in Catia V5 as you provided dimensions of a sheet. By assuming those sheet dimensions, I designed a machine capable of cutting the sheet into various sizes. According to my knowledge, I assumed all necessary dimensions and assembled all parts by constraining them accordingly. This complete model was created in Catia V5. As per your requirement, I had to design a machine with an effective mechanism that can cut the sheet into pieces 280mm long. The desired cutting speed is 20 pieces per minute, and the sheet's width and thickness are 200mm and 0.01mm respectively. This machine can cut various sizes of sheet pieces. Pressure from the hydraulic system, ranging from 15 to 20 bar, can be applied to it. I incorporated one inductive sensor that measures the length of the sheet. The entire machine is controlled by a monitor. For the second question, the supply requirement increased to 50 pieces per minute. To manage this increased demand, we can easily adjust the feed rate of the tool by monitoring sensors and hydraulic pressures. The inductive sensor will measure the sheet's length and send a command to cut it at specific sizes. Inductive sensors are used to measure the sheet's length by sensing the appropriate length that we want.
