A relic of the Silver Clarent chapter, Both shrine and shield its history reaches back into the 36th millenium were aurelia, A repentia of the Order 'Our Martyred Lady' was deployed together with a larger sororitas force sent to aid the sons of the dragon against a chaos incursion. The sisters fought bravely but were reduced to aurelia alone who contuinued to fight alongside the chapter until months after the battle having succumbed to mortal wounds. Touched by her fortitude and perseverance the chapters chaplancy declared her an eternal champion and patron saint of the silver clarent and crafted a shrine to her from both her body and a storm shield said to have been held by their spiritual liege guilliman himself. Those bladeguard veterans deemed worthy by the chaplans to wield this relic have found the experiance most profound with some claiming to hear the voice of aurelia herself giving aid and warning. In the presence of chaos it is said the shield emits a holy light that burns the heretics in its vicinity and a divine halo to those astartes who bear it
