I designed a compact single-piece whistle that measures about an inch long and has a quarter-inch diameter. It features a small hole perfect for attaching it to a keychain or zipper pull. You might need to carefully run a razor over the blade of the whistle to produce a clear sound, but it should work flawlessly right out of the printer.
