Found this on HD website advertising leaf shredding improvement for Toro leaf vacuums. It comes with the housing which I did not need so I decided to print the ring itself. It is quite tight fit (as it should be as it is only held by the friction). To my understanding the improvement comes from directing leaves more towards center of the impeller, shredding of the leaves due to their radial motion in the tube while also reducing radial speed of the air in the tube so leaves hit impeller with higher force. I printed in PLA and installed it today, seems to be working. WIll see how it looks at the end of leaves season.
