I experimented with various pelletizers, but the one from [venturebit](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2007009) outperformed them all. To further enhance its capabilities, I created several remixes that make it even more efficient. My enhanced versions include: - A filament aligner built directly into the bit for precise alignment - Modified pellet ejection to the front for improved functionality - Added a pellet chute to prevent loose pellets from flying around - Installed a third hole in the body to accommodate 10mm screw rods, providing counterbalance for the Nema17 motor - Reinforced the motor plate with additional support - Incorporated two 6800Z bearing balls to maintain stability and precision on the drill bit - Utilized an Arduino Uno as the speed processor, paired with a CNC shield for enhanced control - Redesigned the electronic box to accommodate the Arduino board - Employed Herringbone gears, known for their self-centering properties and low backlash - Modified the motor clamp to securely hold a 12V 200rpm geared motor at an affordable price Firmware for the Arduino is included in the thing files.
