SHP9500 Ear Pad Adapter Plate

This is an adapter for fitting after-market ear pads to the SHP9500, more specifically the Brainwavz oval ear pads. The design is based on the original earpad mounting plates but with a few small changes: * holes for clips are mirrored so the part can be used left or right * edges are rounded to reduce risk of tearing earpad * added a groove to tuck away excess earpad material * slimmed down slightly to make it easier to fit earpads over the plate The following is how I installed the plate and earpads: * pre-stretch the ear pads by fitting them over the plate and letting them sit for a while * remove the ear-pad from the plate and install the plate on the headphone * fit the ear-pad over the plate, fitting it on one end and working your way around * tuck the excess material into the groove by pulling the earpads back a little and pressing the material into the groove with a fingernail
