This three-dimensional model originated as a product of SketchUp 13 before being converted to various other formats. The original native file is a skp file format. However, for use in the 3ds Max platform, it requires adaptation to version 2016 specifications, at which point rendering can be achieved with V-Ray 3.00 technology.
