Here is how one can quickly produce a handy tray for their shower using a 3D printer: simply print it out with high fill and no support material since it already has internal supports designed in for minimum overhangs and bridges necessary. This design works great on a standard 19mm shower rod when attached to a 43mm diameter 'boss' at around 46mm from the shower wall, although some minor tweaking of the OpenScad file is possible should one wish to customize it even further.
