This design suits shower rods with diameters under 35mm. Initially, the screws might be quite tight, but after some back-and-forth motion, they should thread themselves in easily. If your printer struggles with tolerance and clearance issues, try scaling down the screw threads slightly in both X and Y directions. Your feedback is greatly appreciated - a like would help spread the word! Don't forget: the screw threads are designed to turn counter-clockwise. Additionally, you don't necessarily need to use two screws; one will do if the rod isn't too small.
