This is a shower knob designed specifically for an old-fashioned three-way shower valve. It's likely a custom part, so be sure to examine the second image carefully to ensure it will work seamlessly with your existing valve. The shower cap base needs to be attached securely using a reliable adhesive such as CE Glue, and when doing so, apply it flat against the knob for optimal results.
