I was really drawn to scottriggle's suggestion for a "His and Hers" shower toothbrush holder, but I don't have a glass door style shower at my disposal. Fortunately, this design can easily be adapted to fit any standard shower head arm - the threaded metal pipe sticking out of the wall that you likely already have. To confirm, the outer diameter of your shower head arm should measure 21mm or roughly 13/16". Before printing, it's a good idea to double-check the size to ensure a precise fit.
