We built a makeshift diaper-changing table to place on our bathtub, but it obstructed the access to the shower head holder. So I measured the shower head and created a custom holder that could be screwed into the side of the changing-table using wood screws. It worked flawlessly, requiring no threads - instead, I used small cylinders at the locations where I needed to screw in the screws, and the wood screws took care of the rest.
