Shower head holder extension

Shower head holder extension

thingiverse

The holder for my shower head is mounted too low, forcing me to adjust its height with a basic extension to avoid ducking while showering. Measurements are tailored to my setup, but I'm unsure if there's a standard for such items. Printed in ABS with supports, no raft was used, and 20% infill with 0.3mm layers characterize this design. I added a model with thicker outer walls, 3mm more robust than the original, after recognizing a need for extra reinforcement at the top. This project is marked as work in progress until I find an effective way to stabilize it. The bottom part seems stable, but the top holder may cause layer separation if not reinforced adequately. Adding a screw-on ring on top might be necessary for additional support. Please exercise caution when using this design, as its strength depends on your printing method and shower compatibility. I've only used it for two days without any issues, thankfully.
