Print it upside down; you might be fortunate enough to print it without supports, but I had some supports that weren't necessary, then use strong glue to attach it to the wall and that's about it. It works great for most shower heads and is quite easy to use. I print it using PLA with 7 walls and 40% infill. It doesn't bend outward or open up. Simple, useful, and convenient. If your shower has an unusually thick handle, you'll need to widen the design in both x and y planes by the same percentage. You can control the angle somewhat by modifying its length-to-height ratio as well; just experiment with different settings in your slicer software to see what works best for you.
