The shower head can be snapped into the holder, which is specifically designed to accommodate heads with a lower diameter between 20.36 mm and 23.50 mm (tapering down slightly on the bottom). The holder is secured to the clamp with 13 teeth, allowing for precise angle adjustments of the head by loosening the thumb nut and rotating the holder. Alternatively, you can replace the thumb nut with a standard hex nut if later adjustments are not needed. The clamp itself can be moved up or down along the shower rod and securely tightened with another thumb screw. You'll notice a hex nut situated between the clamp, which serves to prevent the leading screw from rotating during thumb nut adjustment.
