Shower Head Extension

Shower Head Extension

thingiverse

I'm constantly battling weak shower pressure, so I dove into various solutions - a shower pump that would necessitate new pipes, or an upgraded main pressure boiler, which seemed like a recipe for disaster. Luckily, I stumbled upon a similar item on Thingiverse but wasn't impressed by the design, so I took matters into my own hands and created this one instead. It's designed to accommodate a 16mm shower hose within its extension, while the larger end receives the standard tapered shower end that measures 25-23mm. Meanwhile, the slender end fits seamlessly into a bracket with similar measurements. I printed this at 0.2 resolution using PLA, no need for anything fancy. By positioning supports flat as possible, I aimed to provide better strength along its length. And it works remarkably well - after all, you can't put a price on decent shower pressure!
