This is a remix of the model: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6044893 by Fr0cc0P. I have this exact shower sprayer. I tried using that model but it didn't hold up clipping it on to my piping. I decided to remix this as where I wanted to place it (further down and after a 45deg angle) wouldn't work. I added the swivel so that the sprayer would face upward instead of outward.
