My new shower handle holder design was sparked by a broken part that needed fixing fast, so I rapidly sketched out an improved one using digital CAD software. Adding a deliberate slit to the rod could make it more pliable, although generally speaking the fit should be snugly secure without it. So far, my design has proven very reliable.
