I'm Replacing the End of My Fiberglass Shovel Handle and Giving Away the Replacement Part I recently had a mishap with my fiberglass shovel handle, losing the end due to wear and tear. The remaining sharp edge caused painful blisters on my hands, making it difficult to use the tool effectively. To resolve this issue, I've designed and printed a replacement handle end that can be glued in place using epoxy resin. Print Settings For printing, I opted for the following settings: Rafts: Off, Supports: On, Resolution: 0.25mm, Infill: 100%. These parameters ensured a strong and durable print that would withstand regular use. Design Process I created this replacement handle end using Turbocad, a powerful computer-aided design (CAD) software. With its user-friendly interface and robust feature set, I was able to design and customize the part according to my needs. The result is a sturdy and functional replacement handle that will extend the life of my shovel.
