I was driving past the ski area in Vail CO on vacation and I-70 was under construction and saw the “Shoulder Work” signs and thought how funny it would be if the orthopedic surgeons at Vail snagged a sign for their office given how often shoulder injuries occur in skiing. Then thought I should make one for the orthopedic surgeon who does shoulders at my hospital. So first off had to find the correct font here (note just get the “release” on the right. For most US signs the “E” variant is what you want. The model was in fusion 360 (STEP included) and with the exception of the post is support free printing. To get the best looking letters I used the new alpha build of Prusaslicer to get the arachne slicing of the letters. The back mount I attached with 3D Gloop (although I am sure regular CA glue works fine) and there is a tiny registration square to snap it into place. I probably didn't need any glue given how tight the fits were.

Obviously you can use something like Meshmixer if you don't use CAD with the STEP file to remove the words from the sign and add your own wording.. This is Prusament Orange and Galaxy Black and silver PLA (and before someone points out PETG or something is a tougher material, yes, and I could have printed this in PC-blend too, but it's sitting on a desk in a clinic not actually on a road side). The model fits comfortably on the Mini+ bed.
