To ensure proper fitment, it's essential to measure the width of your shotgun's receiver before printing. The inside distance of the receiver hanger is 1.43 inches. This provides a slightly loose fit for Mossberg 590 and Winchester 1200/1300 pump-action shotguns, which have a width of approximately 1.41 inches. However, a Remington 870 has a narrower receiver, while a Stoeger M3K has a wider one, making it incompatible with these mounts. The magazine tube hanger is designed to fit snugly around a 1-inch diameter magazine tube, a size commonly found in many shotgun models.
