A buddy of mine ditched his duck boat last winter in a remote area where it was freezing cold, but managed to spark a fire on shore to save himself. I'm thinking of getting him one of these. The shotgun magazine limiter that came with my Remington 870 for waterfowl hunting is just a 3-inch piece of plastic that I plan to replace with a tube containing safety matches and magnesium shavings. This gets installed in the magazine tube where you have to take the gun apart to access it, if you have one. Depending on your shotgun model, yours may require a longer or shorter limiter. I believe the Remington 870 is one of the most popular shotguns in America, so let me know how long your limiter is and I'll add that along with any others you might have.
