EDIT: Thanks to LordSkyfang for helping identify the issue, there was a small gap in the top that would give errors when attempting to slice in a Slic3r based slicer (Prusa, SuperSlicer and some others) that would be ignored by Cura. I corrected the model and also took the opportunity to align the straw hole with the pistol grip for a more aesthetically pleasing look. New part is named TopAligned.stl First time trying to design something, feel the community could help improve so included the fusion360 file. Got the idea from @rich_chair on TicTok who made something similar out of wood. I had some ideas to replace the post on the base with a metal rod to add stability, but haven't had the time to tweak the design. I used two bearings on the cylinder, although it will work without them. The holes fit the 2oz red solo cup shot glasses and the hole on top is able to hold most straws. Game is played by filling one shot glass, then spinning the cylinder and putting the straw in and drinking the contents (or air if empty) of the cup. My print in the picture was warped and I didn't want to reprint at the time. Printed on an Ender 3 Max.
