Shot Pouring Machine

BarBot designed specifically for use with a weight scale. Going to utilize a 75 mm glass funnel and a weight scale for accurate measurements. Rotary shot filling tray with clean stackable shotglasses will be used to fill the BarBot efficiently. A hole may need to be drilled in the lid of the bottle, like a half moon shape, to prevent evaporation. Ramps will be adjusted to 1.4 to drive the stepper motors effectively. Experiments will be conducted using 5 bottles to maximize performance. A 60:1 gear ratio might allow a mini $5 stepper motor to be used for reduced costs. The holes on the right side were made too small, requiring a 5/16 inch drill bit for proper use. Additionally, the gear will be modified and a nut placed inside the bottle holder and outside between the housing for secure attachment. Five inches and two inches of 5/16 thread rod will be cut and three Z608 bearings will be used. The BarBot is compatible with a 26oz bottle as well as a 2L bottle, which can be squeezed into place if necessary. Future modifications will include resizing it to fit a Texas Mickey.
