A new version of this model is now available, which was actually used at a recent wedding. These shot glass lanyards are specifically designed to work with IKEA POKAL 5CL glasses (item #21143), but can be adapted for other glasses as well. The IKEA glasses' consistent shape ensures accurate fitting. To use the lanyard, simply attach a string with a hole to carry it around your neck. A sample photo shows friends using this at a wedding as part of a guest gift box; happy fabrication and drinking!
