This custom block securely holds double pins, measuring 9 inches long. As clearly visible in the photographs, the pins have been expertly soldered into rails, enabling efficient distribution of power to various devices such as servos, cameras, or any other component requiring either 5 volts or battery voltage. Next, a mixture of two-part epoxy is prepared and carefully cemented around the pins to firmly secure them within the block. The block itself is then precisely glued into the airplane's structure. Two separate models have been uploaded: the VCC version (shortingblock12.STL) is slightly wider than its 5V counterpart. This innovative solution aims to help users safeguard against short circuits, allowing for safe and reliable operation of their devices. My airplane will feature two identical blocks, each equipped with a unique set of pins to prevent any potential malfunctions. To ensure clarity and precision, these blocks have been designed as separate models to avoid confusion and electrical mishaps. Printed using high-quality Hatchbox blue ABS material at a layer thickness of 0.15mm, this custom block showcases exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. This particular design has been named shorting box new, emphasizing its unique features and functionality.
