I was in need of a small tray to fit snugly at the bottom of the plastic case that came with my mini speaker from Kmart around Christmas time a few years back. TM2114L3's 4-slot tray remix http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1323070 worked perfectly fine, but when I scaled it up as instructed, I found that the SD cards kept slipping down inside and I had to turn the holder upside down just to get them out. This version has been re-scaled and rotated to print in the right orientation, with a reduced height so the cards stick out just enough to be easily grabbed using the little groove. Unless your printer produces flawless prints without any blobs or strings, you will likely need to use a small file to clean out the slots for a perfect fit of your micro SD cards, but once filed out the slots should fit the cards snugly.
