Shorter Ikea Lack Riser

I needed a standard height riser, so I customized Alexander27's design to suit my requirements. Now, I'm printing the third one and plan to assemble it later today to see if my measurements were accurate or not. These risers should provide roughly half an inch of clearance above the top gantry of an Ender 3 with the spool holder relocated to the top of a Lack table.
