Short Nozzle for OPOLAR cordless air duster
thingiverse
The new nozzle comes in at a whopping 95mm shorter than its standard counterpart without compromising on power or maintaining an active cone. Both nozzles can effortlessly drive a Bondhus 6mm Allen key into place, while both struggle to push through an 8mm Allen key; however, the short nozzle manages to overcome this challenge with slightly less resistance. The print is specifically designed for a snug fit that will never come loose. For quicker nozzle changes, sanding is required if the fit becomes too loose. A super-tight fit also means there's a possibility that the base can get stuck in the duster and detach from the rest of the nozzle during a nozzle change after several cycles. But don't worry – it's easy to remove the base from the duster, and the nozzle remains usable in its shortened state.
