Took the design from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3838532/files Re-modeled the polygon to fit tighter and added a cylindrical recess 8.5mm x 3mm to fit a neodymium magnets I keep on hand that can be found at Home Depot: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Master-Magnet-0-3-in-x-0-11-in-Neodymium-Rare-Earth-Magnet-Discs-10-per-Pack-07045HD/202526363 To insert the magnet I used CA glue and added a (Pause at height) in Ultimaker Cura at the last layer of the recess. For me that was layer 58 approx. which was at approx. 30% completion of the print. Insert a Pause at height for the last layer of the cylindrical recess then pause the print to place the magnet with CA glue, ensure the CA glue is dry before resuming so the magnet does not come off and stick to the hot end. (I utilized a 1/4 bit to place the magnet and add a little weight, as well as keep CA glue off my fingers. Best to add glue to the sides of the magnet then insert. Update: I made a few more adjustments to fit smother, I also included two test fit pieces. With 0 - 10% infill the first test takes about 7 min with my printer and the V2 test takes about 15 min. I hope this helps everyone out to not waste any material.
