A microphone stand I made for my elgato wave 3 microphone. I wanted something shorter and out of the way. I used a .4 tip with standard quality on my CR6, but I bet a .6 tip would do fine. I made the inserts to the base a snug fit so it doesn't need any glue but you might need an x-acto knife to shave the holes down a bit until it fits nice. Once I had the mic on the stand it stood only 7" high even with the pop filter.
