Sean Fields did an incredible job with the Shoretrooper helmet, but it wouldn't fit entirely on my Duplicator i3. To make things easier for myself and others, I split the larger files into two parts, allowing them to fit on my build plate. This modification makes the model more accessible to individuals who own printers capable of printing 200x200mm or smaller. The STLs require slicing, but the .gcode files might work with your Di3 - Your results may differ. Sliced using S3D. To join the cut parts together, I recommend friction welding. This is a straightforward method for connecting components without adhesives - All you need is a Dremel and some filament.
