Base for the shoreline rod holders is designed without a swivel lock, allowing the rod to swing freely. Adding notches to lock it in place or modifying it to fit other brands should be straightforward. To prevent warping from the heat, I suggest using ABS or another heat-resistant filament instead of PLA, which softens too easily in direct sunlight.
