Shorehardness Samples

Shorehardness Samples

thingiverse

I'm creating a shore hardness sample giveaway to showcase the differences in flexibility between TPU/TPE plastic and how shore hardness affects its surface. This test is designed to measure the shore hardness of any flexible material, allowing you to compare the flexibility of different materials at the same level of shore hardness. For example, printing samples with TPU A95 and Cheetah A95 will reveal the differences in flexibility between these two typical plastics. Shore hardness is a measure of how much pressure a surface can withstand before deformation occurs. In other words, it's a test of how flexible or rigid a material is when subjected to a needle-like object. As a result, different types of flex filament will yield varying results at the same level of shore hardness. This giveaway works with all brands of flex filament, making it a universal tool for evaluating flexibility and shore hardness in your printed parts.
