This is a shore power cable clip allowing hanging and precise placement of power cables along a dock or other wooden structures. A 30 amp cable will snap in place securely holding the cable while lose enough to allow horizontal movement. The cable may be removed when needed. There are two versions for a #10 or #8 screw. I found #8 deck screws worked perfect for my application.
