I've been using 1 1/2 inch hoses from the start, but when vacuuming they constrict in the flat section. To overcome this issue, I segmented them into sections and created an internal rigid support adapter that effectively resolves the problem. With 50% infill settings on my CR-10 printer, I've found a solution that works seamlessly.
