ShopVac Exhaust Adapter for Dryer Duct

I designed an adapter for a ShopVac that exhausts directly outside, bypassing the vacuum cleaner's dust collection capabilities. Fine particles like aluminum and wood often escape capture by the shopvac. To overcome this limitation, I created an adapter compatible with standard dryer hoses. The adapter can be used to vent air outside or into a larger container equipped with a cyclonic filter or HEPA furnace filter. Printed with low infill settings, this design works seamlessly in conjunction with the ShopVac's dust shoe. The CAD file for DesignSpark Mechanical is included for ease of use.
