I designed a custom elbow for my 2½" shop vac hose to fit on top of the Home Depot Dustopper cyclone, which only comes with one elbow in the package, and I needed two. This design can be used for other purposes as well. The elbow is specifically made to connect to Craftsman 113.177805 8 gallon wet/dry shop vacs and Ridgid models. It's a 90° female/male elbow that allows for easy connection and disconnection of the hose. Using PLA with 15% infill and 0.2mm speed layer height, I was able to print this design without needing any support material. However, if you want to save time, you can use 0.3MM layer height instead, although it won't be as visually appealing. Trivia: The taper on the elbow starts at a diameter of 57.7mm and has a half angle of 1°.
