The CNC shopvac vacuum shoe system is specifically designed for popular Chinese-made CNC models, including 3040T and 3020T. This system is tailored to work seamlessly with small-size shopvacs, reflecting the creator's own experience with a similar CNC setup. By utilizing slots along the side of the spindle mount, the design allows for effortless height adjustments by simply sliding it up or down. However, users with different spindle mounts can easily adapt this design to suit their needs. The system consists of three fundamental printed parts and requires an additional thin-flexible foam sheet from a craft store, which is cut into a skirt shape and attached around the spindle shoe using glue. With the provided pictures serving as a guide, users should be able to assemble the entire system with ease.
