ShopVac Caster Foot A and B

I have not had the need to print caster foot B, so it is "untested." However, I have printed and installed two of caster foot A and caster foot B is a mirror copy of A. You will need to use a drill bit to loosen the top of the caster hole so the caster spins freely. However, there is a retaining ring near the top of the caster hole shaft so you'll want to avoid boring that out. I suggest a slow progressive method of removing material, testing caster, and repeat. Use an appropriate lubricant and you'll have a strong and freely moving foot. I considered doing a shell, but you'd need so much support that it doesn't make sense to not include that material for additional structural support. Nozzle: 0.4 mm Layer Height: 0.2mm Infil Line Width: 1.2mm Infil: 40% : I can stand on it with no deformation Infil Pattern: Cubic Connect Infil Lines: Yes Tree support: Yes : for recessed screw hole on bottom Feedback welcome, tips welcomer
