These adapters help you hook up a big-box shop-vac to a 1 7/8" collection system hose made from Schedule 40 pipe and to a 1 1/2" flexible (pool) hose for your workshop dust collection. Use SV2PVC to attach your shop vacuum hose to the PVC in your collection system. The SVorPVC2Pool file adapter fits both ends with ease. It's made for a double-duty purpose - on one side it adjusts perfectly over 1 7/8" PVC and on the other, it snugly fits inside the intake valve of a standard shop vacuum. The Inside Radius is carefully adjusted to .45", providing just enough room for flexibility when attaching a 1 7/8" flexible hose. Meanwhile, a sturdy .175" wall thickness gives extra durability without any unnecessary bulk. Another useful adapter in this pack, ShopVac2Sander attaches easily from the 4-inch belt or six-inch disc sander directly to a 1 7/8" shop-bac hose, making short work of cleaning your workspace dust and debris quickly.
