Shopsmith Power Coupler

Employ at your peril!!! I purchased a Shopsmith with missing components, one of which was the power coupler for the belt sander. Fortunately, I had the keyed collars that came with the machine. After spending about 30 minutes in Sketchup, I created an STL file for the part. The fit was nearly perfect, but my print head was slightly too close to the bed, causing the four-grooved side to be slightly squished. However, a few taps with a mallet fixed that issue. You can see it in action here: http://youtu.be/h-FRnJkr3hk. Note that this replacement part may not break as easily as the original one, so again, use at your own risk! The part can be printed using either ABS or PLA.
