Shopsmith Grease Guard for Quill (Greenie)

I'm giving an old Shopsmith Greenie from the 1950s a brand new life. The grease guard that helps keep the quill well-lubricated on the main drill press/drive was badly cracked and worn out, so I figured this would be a great project for my printer at home. I carefully replicated the dimensions of the original part, and my printer is calibrated to precise tolerances - yours may need adjusting/scaling for this fitted part to work properly. Before putting it on the shaft, I used a heat gun to warm up the plastic slightly. If you're printing in ABS, you'll probably want to scale the model between 1-3%. This part requires specialized knowledge, but if someone can use it, that's fantastic! Here is a link to a video demonstrating the process: https://youtu.be/85NoBRKUA0A **Print Settings** * **Printer Brand:** RepRap * **Printer Model:** RepRap Kossel * **Rafts:** No Raft * **Supports:** Yes Supports * **Resolution:** 0.2mm Resolution * **Infill:** 100% Infill * **Notes:** I used Simplify 3D to slice the model, and the supports came out without any trouble. You may need to adjust your settings depending on your printer's specific needs. I recommend using 100% infill because of the thinner walls and high speeds at which this part will be rotating. PLA worked fine for this piece, but it's not under extremely high structural stress.
