Here is the custom design from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1024418, created with Customizer at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=1024418. The original thickness was off, but it needed to be 2mm on top, so I had to sand down about 1mm. To make it work, I used three layers for the top and bottom with a 30% infill rate and a layer height of 0.3. However, I might try customizing the file in CAD later, but for now be prepared to do some sanding. The revised design should now have the correct thickness thanks to the new upload of Shopsmith_Bandsaw_insert.stl. The customizable settings include: - Top diameter: set at 63.75 - Kerf crud drainage setting: on - Key width: fixed at 2.5 - Units are metric. - Orientation key is zero degrees. - Kerf width: locked in at 2 inches - Thickness should now be precisely two mm thick. - Bottom diameter: empty slot - Print orientation set for optimal result. - Optional chamfers available, however not engaged in this custom model - Key diameter of the main part comes out to about 58.75 and the sub diameter will be exactly 4.75
